This area is being developed to explore my family's ancestry.

When i first went to Samothrace in the spring of 2000, many of the stories that i had heard from my Yia-yia (Grandmother) and Papou (Grandfather) sprang to life.  What i thought were stories of the old country designed to frighten little children assumed a vibrancy that made me ashamed that i did not pay closer attention when i first heard them.
