If a package arrives in a DAMAGED condition, DO NOT OPEN IT!
You must REFUSE DELIVERY and and RETURN the PACKAGE UNOPENED!
This is necessary for postal inspection and insurance claims.
Please note that if the original "ship to" address is insufficient or incorrect and returned to us, you will be responsible for the charges incurred for the return.
Claims for incorrect or damaged shipments must be made at the time of receipt.
If you have received notification of shipment, but have not received your package, you must contact us within 14 days of ship date. If you have not received notification of shipment, you must contact us within 30 days of order placement.
